complete one application per brochure. If one brochure
represents more than one program focus, please attach an
additional letter explaining which focus is most prominent. In
other words, why would we choose to represent your camp in a
particular area over a camp which specializes in ONLY the
particular specialty?
After completing this form, mail it along
with a brochure or fax it and send a brochure to our office
ASAP.
The fees
paid to The Summer Camp Gallery are
10% of the total tuition. These fees should be sent to our
office within 15 days after receiving payment (deposit) from the
applicant. For further information, please review the terms and conditions
below.

TERMS
& CONDITIONS:
The
Summer Camp Gallery, AKA The Inspire Me Corporation will refer
to the summer camp or program as client Clients Responsibilities and Rights. You may submit your
choice of brochures, or modify an existing collection of
brochures by contacting our office in writing. You are
responsible for the content of each brochure, but The Summer
Camp Gallery reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any
brochures at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. You
agree to submit and resubmit all brochures in a timely manner
(within 4 business days) You represent and warrant that the
information contained in the brochures itself or contained on
the referred Web site to which it links (collectively the
"Information"), (i) does not violate any law or
regulation; (ii) does not infringe in any manner any copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property
right of any third party; iii) does not breach any duty toward
or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation,
rights of publicity or privacy, or has not otherwise resulted in
any consumer fraud, product liability, tort, breach of contract,
injury, damage or harm of any kind to any person or entity; (iv)
is not false or misleading; (v) is neither defamatory, libelous,
slanderous or threatening; and/or (vi) that that the You further
represent and warrant that you have sufficient authority to
enter into this Agreement. Advertiser Cancellation or
Termination. If you are dissatisfied with The Summer Camp
Gallery’s terms and conditions contained in this Agreement,
your sole and exclusive remedy is to request suspension of your
brochures. Under no circumstances will any payments be refunded.
The Summer Camp Gallery Cancellation or Termination.
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the
contrary, The Summer Camp Gallery may, in its sole discretion,
terminate or discontinue service at any time, terminate your
account, discard your Brochures. The Summer Camp Gallery may
exercise its discretion to so terminate, discontinue, or cancel,
as provided for above, for any reason including, but not limited
to, if The Summer Camp Gallery believes that you violated the
terms of this Agreement or if The Summer Camp Gallery believes
your conduct is harmful to The Summer Camp Gallery or others.
The Summer Camp Gallery will not issue any refund. You
acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by The Summer Camp
Gallery . The Summer Camp Gallery will notify you of
cancellation of any of your Brochures or of termination of your
program listing account via e-mail and any such cancellation or
termination shall be effective on the date The Summer Camp
Gallery sends such notice. Payments to The Summer Camp
Gallery. The Summer Camp Gallery shall received 10% of the
total tuition contracted between parent and camp. This payment
is due to our office within 15 days after receiving the initial
deposit. If camp is canceled for any reason, no fees will be
returned to the you, our client, by The Summer Camp Gallery Choice
of Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of
law. You agree that the exclusive venue for any disputes arising
under this Agreement shall be the state and federal courts
located in Los Angeles County, California.
